CSC DIGIPAY ERROR AND ITS SOLUTIONS

CSC DIGIPAY ERROR & IT'S SOLUTIONS

1. Unable the find of csc id please provide a csc id or contact support.

If VLE is facing above error ask him to check the banking details at https://register.csc.gov.in/myaccount/login. If they are incomplete then tell him to update his banking details. And if they are already updated but still getting above error then also ask him to update his banking details again.

2. Insufficient digipay balance. Unable to proceed with transaction.

If VLE is facing above error then VLE has to sync his passbook with every transaction he perform to see his update digipay balance. After updating his Digipay Balance, he/she can payout the digipay balance using NEFT/IMPS facility.

3. Device authorization Failed during Digipay Login

If VLE is facing this error during Digipay login then please follow the below steps:
1. Copy printlog folder from C:\CSC e-Governance Services India Limited\DIGIPAY to another location in desktop/laptop
2. Uninstall Digipay and delete CSC e-Governance Services India Limited folder from C: drive
3. Reinstall Digipay and re-register in Digipay.The error will be resolve.
